Layering is where a design turns from neat to dazzling: same wheel, next hole along, new colour. With eight markers in the box you can stack a full rainbow into one rosette without raiding the pencil case.
Underneath the colour it is the kit we have always made. Nineteen wheels, two rings and a rack, held to the paper with reusable Spiro-Putty so there are no pin holes and not the slightest blemish on the finished piece. A 14-page guide book and a storage tray round it out.

This was fun to do with my daughter. I had one when I was a kid.
Just as good as the nostalgia, although I think I like it more than my 8 year old. Works well, lots of variations, enjoyable!
This is a great kit and feels complete. My only complaint is that the markers are not the best quality. But we had lots of fun with this!
