You check out with the store
Delivery options, costs and the estimated arrival date are shown on the listing and again at checkout, based on your address. Members of the store's delivery programme may see faster or free options.
The store ships it
Packing, dispatch and the carrier are all handled by the store or the seller named on the listing. Tracking appears in your account with them.
It lands on your table
Open the box, check the pieces against the In the box list on our product page, and start with hole one.

Good to know

We do not ship anything ourselves and cannot see or change an order.
Some sets do not ship to every country; the listing will tell you before you pay.
For a late or missing parcel, the store's order page is the fastest route to an answer.
