Draw the same design twice, once in red and once in blue, slightly offset on the graph pad. Put on the glasses and it floats.

The trick is old-fashioned and still a thrill. The graph pads help you shift the ring a small, exact distance between the two colours, and the red and blue lenses do the rest: the pattern appears to hover above the paper.
Nine Spirograph pieces, putty, three fine-line pens, two paper pads and ten design sheets are included, along with two sticker sheets and a guide book. There are two pairs of glasses, because the first thing anyone does is hand a pair to someone else and say look.

I saw this online and recalled how we used one when we were stuck inside as a kid. So I thought my granddaughter would loke it and she does. Sure its a little advanced for 5 year olds but she gets better every time. They have added a few things since I was a kid but essentially its the same game I remembered and it gets my granddaughter away from a screen for a few hours
Got me big smiles from granddaughter. I had one of these when I was young. Loved making the patterns
This is just like the version I played with in the 90s only it comes with 3D glasses.
